National Covid Testing Programme - Data & MI Lead for the Home Delivery ChannelEmbedded within the Home Channel responsible for delivering covid PCR, LFD and Antibody testing to the general public via digital platforms led a team to produce a suite of dashboards and reports to monitor the end to end operations from Supply Chain through to subjects receiving their test results. Playing a key role in ensuring smooth operations, service design of new use cases and incident investigation.At the start of the pandemic there were no technology solutions or infrastructure in place so this meant developing in a highly agile manner under high pressure conditions. Working with the wider Analytics team we have now delivered a high performing cloud based analytics platform with one of the largest user groups in Europe in under 2 years.
