This position involved working with multiple, high value clients to develop advertising campaigns and implement tactics that maximised return on investment. My responsibilities included; client management, managing multi-channel campaigns, project managing website/app builds, writing proposals and pitching for new business and supplier management.

This international commercial role was with the Disposal Services Authority, the team responsible for the sale of surplus MOD assets (primarily warships and aircraft) to foreign government customers. I routinely traveled as part of a UK government envoy to countries including Brazil, Pakistan, Lithuania, Estonia and Luxembourger to negotiate sales. I also worked with the (then) Department of Trade and Industry and the UK defence industry to market UK technology and engineering services to foreign governments.

Worked across the Department's commercial function to gain experience of purchasing, supply chain management, commercial strategy, resource planning and international business.
