An opportunity to try on the many hats I've developed over the years in the tech world and an opportunity to fine tune skills beyond iOS engineering.Starting as one of my many many many (can't say enough *many*'s) weekend projects, this particular project has morphed from weekend SwiftUI learning project to a multi weekend long project developing a tool that supports my son's junior tennis experience. As his love for the game increased, so did the challenges he's faced. In turn, my time and effort on this tool have increased too. So much so, that it is now a live AppStore product, aiming to support many other teams of junior tennis players (https://apps.apple.com/app/id1665428446).Getting an opportunity to not only "play" with the latest iOS/iPadOS technologies, but do so in a meaningful way that puts a smile on the faces of those who've seen the product and tried it.Benefiting from over the years gained product architectural development, I am able to plan for future development beyond the MVP and ensure dreams of scaling don't meet overly harsh realities (will need to hold myself accountable on this as time comes).Using my product skills to plan & own roadmap, review app metrics and applying data driven decisions to product planning.Liaising with founder support networks and learning everyday new skills in user acquisition, KPIs, long term planning, financial forecasting, team building, raising investment, etc...

Delivered Greenfield SDK whilst contributing across multiple iOS SDKs.Discovered, documented, planned, created and deployed multiple pieces of work involving complex architectural constraints, restrictive compliance environment & high security requirements. Created extensive documentations and worked with many internal & external stakeholders to ensure validity of proposed solutions and their success.Developed internal processes that enabled engineering progress & supported cross functional efforts across multiple product streams. Established mobile engineering foundations, fostering a more mobile friendly development environment and improved knowledge sharing across product streams.Liaised with external stakeholders to support and understand pain points, regularly integrating client feedback in our product roadmap. Helped pave the way to iOS good practices and establish CI / CD workflows for a project being migrated from hybrid Cordova (written in Sencha) to native Swift iOS project.Receiving very dynamic product interests and requirements, I have always attempted to push for building the strongest foundation for the project in order for the migration of logic to follow easier in the created constraints. Had mixed results, as the only iOS obsessed dev in the team, but took the opportunity to learn new design patterns (non standard on iOS) and more general processes from the vast world of software development.

Killed some Obj-C code 🙌Created some cool features in SwiftUI ⭐️Automated processes like testing, builds, releases and Slack messages ☕️Migrated 90% of the dependencies from Cocoapods to SPM aaaaand used SPM for app architecture, even enabling some external departments to update their parts without needing dev hands (but yes oversight) 📦🪓🔫💣🐛 (killed bugs )Tried to make future doctors learning easier and let them focus on content, not “what do I do now?” 🏙And best of all, worked with some amazing people who truly help make the world a better place, at a global scale 🎖

Had a great opportunity to get involved into one of the most scalable iOS projects out there. I have been very lucky to be given a chance to contribute at all levels of the product, from the platform itself and direction of it, into product and long term goals.I’ve always pushed for more creativity into the product and tried to give the app some positive spark whenever an opportunity arose. Worked alongside over 20 other mobile developers and regularly found myself involved in discussions with stakeholders at different levels of the business.Tried regularly to get the interests and needs of the platform seen by stakeholders and get a strong focus on the best integration possible within the platform.
