About Alex Graham

With experience across academia, government, and industry I create the conditions for innovation by building inclusive collaborative environments, and help multi-disciplinary teams embrace collaborative ways of working to deliver innovative outcomes. I work with business leaders, HR teams, researchers, designers, and engineers to diagnose current states and identify opportunity areas for improvement. Co-creating new inclusive collaborative environments, toolkits, processes, and cadences that improve delivery outputs and outcomes, team dynamics, and ways of working. In my spare time I enjoy climbing colourful rocks with friends, building furniture, and being real average at video games.
