Responsible for all warehouse automation solutions for SingPost eCommerce Logistics Hub. Manage North Asia eCommerce warehousing development, business setup & operations. Stationed in Japan as Country General Manager of Quantium Solutions Japan from 2016 to 2018.

Report to Managing Director/ CEO. Responsible for Thong Siek group P&L for Singapore and Malaysia factories, 2 sites with 400 headcount. Revamped and re-constructed the organization from a traditional family run business to a structured, efficient and orderly company. Provide solutions in process & productivity improvement, cost reduction, wastage control, resources optimization, increment of revenue & operating income. Provide leadership & direction to achieve quantifiable organization KPIs and organization objectives.

Report to Managing Director, Singapore. Responsible for Singapore P&L for 9 sites with 505 headcount. Provide solutions in process & productivity improvement, cost reduction, resources optimization, increment of revenue & operating income. Provide leadership & direction to achieve operations KPI & required service standards. Work in conjunction with Business Development & Solution on new business and Account Management on penetration business within current customer base. Manage customer services and relationship through providing regular feedback and periodic operations review with clients to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.

Report to Operations Director, South Asia. Responsible for Singapore P&L for 35 operations at 7 sites with 425 headcount. Provide solutions in cost reduction, increment of revenue & operating income. Provide leadership & direction to achieve operations KPI & required service standards. Work in conjunction with Business Development & Solution on new business and Account Management on penetration business within current customer base. Manage customer services and relationship through providing regular feedback and periodic operations review with clients to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.

Report to Group CEO/COO. Responsible for overall operations performance in Logistics Division inclusive of Worldwide Dept, Islandwide Dept and Customised Logistics Services. Managed a total of 6 departments, 600 headcount and 300 vehicles. Responsible for total annual revenue of more than $20 millions.

Report to Strategic Business Director/Operations Director/HR Director. Responsible for all operations and logistics matters for designated hub servicing specific client. Last holding 2 appointments: YCH Distribution Manager and Project Manager for Solectron/Shinei account. Established, reviewed and ensured standard operations procedure, work process flow and work instruction are executed to improve overall operations efficiency and effectiveness.

Report to Vice President/Assistant General Manager. Responsible for all operations and logistics matters within the hub as a profit centre. Involvement in overall business development, marketing strategy, revenue & cost budget, as well as profitability.
