Responsibilities:- Rebuilding legacy service for collecting music speaker's and user's data with cutting edge technology stack, specifically SpringBoot, AWS stack, Kubernetes, Helm. The application successfully went into production, customer saved money, since service became twice more resource efficient, more robust and scalable processing around 6 million requests per day.- Designing interaction with Amazon SQS to provide higher level of data consistency and durability which also helped to control processing speed and reduce load on MS SQL Server database. - Designing communication with DynamoDB to store internal application states for functional tests.- Preparing Ansible infrastructure scripts.- Utilizing Spring Security to improve role-based access control and JWT authentication.- Building unit, integration and functional tests from the ground up with code coverage above 80% using JUnit 5, WireMock, Testcontainers.
