During my internship for Mt. Baker Imaging, I assisted the IT department in their transition from a VoIP 3-com system to a RingCentral cloud-based alternative. Some of the many things I participated in there included:Taking inventory of new phone equipment coming in.Creating spreadsheets for users based on the current 3-Com system configuration.Mapped out hunt groups, ACD groups, call flow patterns, and routes.Creating and assigning users to call flow groups.Used the RingCentral administration portal to create new parts of the system that mirrored the 3-Com system to ensure ease-of-use and ease-of-transition.Set up a new workstation with peripherals in a new workspace.

Handled all pricing signage for the store.Reorganized shelves on a weekly basis for new sales and specials.Performed pricing audits to ensure pricing accuracy.Unloaded weekly shipments and loaded customer purchases with a forklift.Checked in product, cross referenced with shipping lists, and sought out any discrepancies.Organized product in the warehouse.Restocked shelves.Answered phone calls the store received.Worked the cash register and covered floor duties.Closed down the store and counted tills.
