I provide technical support and maintenance for family and friends that encompass a wide variety of questions, repair, setup of new hardware and implementation or integration of software and hardware. I currently work for Airdyne Aerospace Inc. where I developed, maintained and transitioned excel product and programs dashboards to the new Quantum Control system while assisting in the implementation and setup of that system. I have developed and maintained company schedules, directories and miscellaneous logs for work orders, NDAs, TAAs, customer information and past performance. In my current position, I gather information for a variety of reports, assist any department while utilizing my skills. For example, I gathered data from our systems to assist the proposal team to prepare Government contract proposals as well as formulate and generate the financial portion of the proposals. I employed my knowledge of our bills of material and integrated systems to assist in generating reports and working datasets for cost analysis. I assist the contracts department with export control issues to include submitting information to the government required for DSP-5 export licenses. I also ensure that export registrations and digital certificates are logged and kept current. I continue to support the executive team with contract proposals, cost estimation, and technical proposals for products. I also assist the IT department with miscellaneous tasks that included but were not limited to end user computer and telephone support. In this role, for one of my tasks, I implemented a multi-line PBX telephone system with messaging to connect all the offices in the building. I worked with the IT director to replace this system with a modern solution available from our internet provider and currently manage that system. Before working at that aerospace company, I managed and performed various functions for the family business that included but was not limited to tracking build schedules, accounts receivable and payable, purchasing, shipping.
