Work with all aspects of the company alongside Tom Wold the company owner. Typical tasks include Designing products and one off parts for both the company and customers. Machining and fabricating the designs into reality, and then installing the components. Alot of focus right now is in aftermarket parts for the Diesel Truck industry and Tracks for Vehicles. Machine and Fabricating tasks include programming and set up of CNC machines, operating manual lathes and knee mills, MIG and TIG welding, and other various tasks.

Produce high precision tooling, dies, molds, fixtures, etc. Program, setup, and run horizontal, vertical and manual mills, CNC and Manual lathes, Wire EDM's, EDM drill, Micro mills, 12 axis Swiss machines, Surface grinders and jig grinders, and an FDM 3-D printer. High precision inspection using CMM and vision systems, micrometers, caliper, etc. I design any tooling from dies and molds to medical parts and complex assemblies using solid works or Onshape. I manually program as well as use Gibbs Cam and Cam Works both in multi axis formats. I build micro molds molding .003 of a cubic inch parts and less (.0001 of a cubic inch is the smallest thus far) and set them up and shoot them. On a daily basis I design, fabricate and assemble high precision tooling. I also train other employees and quote potential incoming work.
