As Elevate Program Sales team lead, I provide an extra layer of support in driving new business opportunities across Brooksource's current and prospective customers for their IT & Engineering Consulting needs. As lead, I am responsible for supporting Account Executives and Sales Leadership throughout an opportunity sales lifecycle while keeping program implementation best practices in mind.As the Elevate Team Lead, I will continue to be 50% support for St. Louis in their program efforts for Elevate and will allocate 50% of my time to strategic support to national sales territory.

As a Program Coordinator for Brooksource's Workforce Transformation programs, I support recent graduates, lifelong learners, and transitioning veterans obtain positions with our Fortune 500 clients. Through Elevate and Project Patriot I will be focusing in these fundamental areas:- Engaging with current students, recent graduates and service men and women to take the next steps in their IT career!- Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to those I engage with.- Build relationships with local universities, IT bootcamps, organizations and military bases through presentations, events, and directly with faculty and staff.- Educate our clients on the benefits of hiring recent graduates, enthusiastic learners, and transitioning service members as well as implementing our Elevate and Project Patriot Programs, customized to each client environment.If you are interested in learning more about the Elevate Program or Project Patriot Program, please do not hesitate to reach out! I volunteer weekly at Gateway180 to help organize the non-profit organization in anyway that is needed. I help run the girl-scout troop meetings, watch after the children while their parents are participating in career workshops, organize the pantry with newly donated canned goods, and clean/set up storage areas.

Helped with team training and development throughout our sorority, worked with other leaders to organize a team to come together to reach a common goal. Throughout this role I had to plan and execute multiple large-scale events.
