I’m the type of person who is constantly asking questions, doing my best to make sure I know all the facts of a situation so I can make the right connections between people and their ideas. I’m motivated not only to improve my team, but myself as well, constantly evaluating the work I do and how I can make it better than before. I know the choices I make have consequences, and as such I heavily weigh all options and take my time to think things through before taking action on a problem. I try to stay practical about my work and how it can be finished, always striving for the work to be done well and on time, while also having the group be at a clear consensus about the solution we’re evaluating.Knowing this about myself, I know that to be successful, I work best in an environment where there is an open atmosphere of collaboration, where everyone’s opinion on the team is valued and encouraged. I need an environment where there are occasions where I can improve myself in order to avoid any stagnation while still being able to apply the skills I’ve already learned in a better way. I’m always seeking new challenges that will push me and make me better than before, and I work best when given the time to properly evaluate every option to complete these challenges and find the best avenue for success.
