In this role I have my own portfolio of motor claims to manage on a daily basis. I review and validate claims, follow up assessments and repairs, and communicate with customers and other parties about the claims process. I make liability decisions, manage assessments and make payments as necessary. I deal daily with a wide variety of people including brokers, repairers, assessors, solicitors, debt collectors, police officers and other insurers. Customer service is the number one priority.

Responding to fire and road accident emergencies. Joining a team of who ever is available to jump on the truck and get to the scene. Assessing the situation and responding as needed. Given that I work in Melbourne all week if a fire occurs midweek I am not available for immediate response. However I make myself available for the follow up activities - the strike teams that go out to relieve the first responders and continue the management of the situation

In this role I managed the making and maintenance of both Mitchelton and Preece brand wines, as well as others in the Lion Nathan portfolio that were made or finished for bottling at the Nagambie site. I organized daily tasks for cellar hands and generated work orders and maintained records as required. I was responsible for ensuring all wines had required analysis and appropriate additions. I managed the vintage yeast tanks to ensure fresh active yeast was ready for dosing as required by vintage intake planning.
