As the Director of Operations and Business Development since January 2019, I have been instrumental in establishing Hawaiian Honey Cones in Costa Mesa, CA as a successful ice cream cone company.My role has encompassed a broad range of responsibilities, from building and creating the business from the ground up to overseeing all aspects of its retail sales outlets. This includes managing the Ordering and Purchasing Department, where I have been responsible for sourcing and manufacturing products, maintaining quality control, and managing corresponding accounting, inventory, and distribution across six territories/states.I have also played a key role in creating the Sales and Marketing strategy for the company, including designing the branding, logo, and trademark. I have introduced innovative sales and marketing strategies that have never been seen before in the industry.In addition, I have overseen the Headquarters and Distribution Operations, where my duties have included managing staffing, payroll, and HR responsibilities, ordering and inventory management, and distribution and accounting of operations across six states.

As the Ecommerce Manager, Warehouse Manager, and Co-Creator, my role has been multifaceted and has involved overseeing various areas of the business.I have managed and created ecommerce sales outlets by overseeing the Ordering and Purchasing Department. This included sourcing and purchasing products, managing accounting, financing, and acquiring wealthy customers. I have also been responsible for the Wholesale B2B sales operations, which entailed ordering and purchasing products, setting up a wholesale B2B retail sales structure, handling logistics and fulfillment, and managing accounting and sales tracking.Additionally, I have overseen the ecommerce retail sales strategy, including developing and implementing ecommerce strategic planning through Amazon and eBay. This involved managing all aspects of sales and marketing, customer service, operational logistics, staffing, order fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and business development.Overall, my role has been instrumental in creating and managing a successful ecommerce business, covering all aspects of the business from product sourcing to customer acquisition and retention.
