I work with children with Autism doing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy. Our programs differ based on the child, but can range from socialization to school programs. It is based on positive reinforcement and building relationships with the individuals.

The position included being in charge of customer service for over 25,000 guests at The Ohio State University over the summer housing period. It included making housing arrangements, reservations, and all other accommodations requested for all of our guests. Our conferences generate over $2 million in the 3 month period with age ranges from 7-90.
