I design and implement management and guest WiFi networks and complex security camera systems for hotels, venues, and museums.I plan and execute on-site technology implementations and form relationships with private and corporate clients. I am a technology guru with very diverse toolbox of high-tech experience. I often support conventions and productions that visit Nashville by serving as IT technician, graphics operator, audio engineer, lighting director, server administrator, cyber security, projection/video wall systems, camera operations, digital signage, video streaming, green room presentation prep., photography, interactive social media, app design/management, as well as digital marketing content/imagery.

The WDS Technical Coordinator is primarily responsible for imaging new systems and assembling digital signage kits to send to new customers. The TC is also the last line of technical support for existing customers, responsible for diagnosing and solving remote problems and shipping replacement parts or systems when necessary. The Technical Coordinator works closely with the development team to help design the next generation of equipment and to support existing software and systems. The position requires excellent understanding of windows and Linux operating systems as well as hardware competence for building new micro-computer systems from components and flashing them with the system image. The position also monitors existing systems logs and status reports to ensure customer satisfaction for 250+ online displays. This position occasionally requires travel to visit US based customers for install or repair.

Design, testing, and implementation of a new digital environmental control system for deployment in a TTU Greenhouse. The old systems (louvers,fans,pumps, and heaters) were controlled by separate and very old analog temperature thermostats. These systems often have trouble maintaining environmental conditions and waste energy. The new system that I have designed will use micro-computer control to engage systems through solid state relays. It will have modern digital sensors to detect environmental conditions. It will only engage systems at the appropriate times to have maximum effect with minimal energy. I predict that my system will have a much more accurate temperature margin, while saving energy and being more reliable. It can also record and graph environmental data over time for analysis.

As an RA, I was responsible for the second floor of Browning/Evins Hall and later fifth floor of Ellington/Warf Hall (Co-Ed). I built inclusive community and resolved problems. The RA on duty does rounds of the building, and various other administrative tasks to make residential life safe, efficient, and a pleasure for residents.
