We also assisted our client with a range of issues arising out of the administration including litigation against the directors and advisors of the company for breach of trust and breach of directors’ duties• acting for the liquidators of a listed company in a claim for professional negligence and breach of fiduciary duties against the company’s former auditors• acting for the controlling trustee of a personal insolvency agreement as appointed by a former property developer.
