I am a Graduate of the Australian College of Applied Psychology (ACAP), I am also a qualified Gestalt Therapist, ACT Therapist and family constellations facilitator. I work both with individuals and groups. I have supported hundreds of people through various stages of recovery from Addiction, Anxiety, Depression and a range of disorders, trauma and abuse, during my at a leading treatment centre on Sydney’s northern beaches, South Pacific Private (SPP). My work gave me a rich experience of many different people and the challenges they face while trying to achieve a happy and fulfilling life. My time at SPP was spent supporting clients at 12 step meetings, facilitating lectures, workshops and groups on many aspects of growth and recovery. More recently my role included supporting clients plan their after care planning. I was also responsible for the Eating Wellness program, which would support clients with disordered eating habits and emotional eating.The time has come to spread my wings and I have rooms in Crows Nest and Freshwater for consolations.
