Barron's CoveAs an Assistant Manager, I helped turn the director's vision into production reality, turning laundry lists of requests into movie magic. I secured filming locations, drafted contracts, coordinated crew and acted as a main point of contact for the executive producer at fragile metro filming locations on a very strict and incredibly fast paced production schedule.

I was trusted to lead our team of Production Assistants in preparing production locations and landing our 100+ person crew on schedule - coordinating our small team to prepare everything from art and design team prep assistance to catering and crew accommodations on the day of filming.

Madame WebMonths straight of overnight shoots on a 100M+ feature film that spanned across the state of MA, coordinating with all pre-production crew in assisting prep in hectic high-stress metro locations, across 3 sound stages and 2 major metro areas around New England.Collaborated with Boston police and fire departments to prioritize the safety of our 200+ person crew on-set, meeting consistently with production team leads and public works stakeholders.

Hocus Pocus 2Was on-call for our 200+ person team throughout 100-hour weekly shoot schedules for a demanding major feature film in "less then ideal" New England winter conditions.I maintained 24/7 availability for individual director, producer and department head requests. Organized production schedule meetings and catering setups, officer and fire department safety placement on set, and generally did everything I could to help make movie magic happen through many long nights and freezing temperatures.
