Communication – Meeting with stakeholders from key business areas to understand current and emerging business processes in order to tailor training to business needs. Collaboration with training colleagues in Devon and Cornwall with whom Dorset have cemented a Strategic Alliance, utilising technology such as Citrix (virtual desktop software) to enable cross platform training.

Administration of all booking, evaluation and monthly KPI reporting.
