Current- OS troubleshooting: Windows 7+, Mac OS, iOS, Android, Windows Server 2012+- Network troubleshooting- Software troubleshooting (with a focus on accounting software)- Hardware troubleshooting: laptop and desktop, printer/scanner/check scanner, microphone/speaker/headset, misc peripherals- Backup implementation and recovery- License management- Automation implementation and scripting- Issue escalations- Security emergencies
