The company carries out all aspects of construction. It has been successfully in operation for four years now and my role is not only to carry out the majority of the hands on building work but also to provide a project management role to ensure that all work is carried out efficiently benefiting all involved and ultimately the customer. Some aspects that this role include are problem solving, people management, scheduling and research. Another major role is being able to liaise effectively with other people and companies involved in projects such as architects, building surveyors, structural engineers, local area building control officers, planning departments, suppliers and customers. With all these skills carried out effectively and combining them with high quality workmanship, the company can provide a low stress experience with minimal disruption for the customer and accurately achieve their visions.
