WTN’s Public Network also has Safety and Educational Channels, where individuals and families can learn from the comfort of their own home. CHILDREN'S RESCUE ALLIANCE (CRA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Its mission is three-fold: (1) To facilitate the rescue of American children who have been taken for human trafficking; (2) Education; (3) Public Policy and Advocacy. CHILDREN’S DEFENSE ALLIANCE (CDA) was developed as the educational division of CRA, which is paramount to minimize the prominent trafficking/kidnapping atrocities. CDA's team speaks with extremely favorable feedback at national schools, churches, libraries, synagogues and organizations to educate parents/educators/clergy how to better protect their families and teach children (age-appropriate classes) how to stay aware and protect themselves.☼ We have taught over 500 classes since December 2014. ☼ In November 2015, CDA developed a national “Teen Safety Awareness” pilot program with rave reviews and continues to present (approved by the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act, administered in California by the State Librarian).CDA has presented our safety awareness and prevention training programs at the following locations (partial list): AAUW, Alliance Program (for disadvantaged youth), C&E Merdinian Armenian Evangelical School, Cub Scouts, Freedom Road, High Tech High School, Junior Leagues, Kabbalah Children’s Academy, Ladies L.A., Malibu High School, Oscar De La Hoya, Palos Verdes Chamber of Commerce, Sierra Montessori Academy, Simon Technology Academy, Southgate High School, Y.E.S.S, numerous churches and other organizations.In March of 2017, Alex Riggs spoke at the United Nations, 61st Commission On The Status of Women. Alex was asked to be a part of the delegation on behalf of Pathways to Peace.
