Mentor and train Assistant Professionals and Golf Shop team in best practices in player development. Create a Club Fitting program and train Assistant Professionals and Golf Shop team in line with the unique specifications of various manufacturers. Create community events that create more engagement at our facility and help recruit new players as well as retain regulars.Continue to manage the Golf Shop team and maintain standards in line with the PGA Tour and their properties.

Recruit, hire and train Golf Shop staff. Coordinate and facilitate golf outings and tournaments. Create a Player Development program to include private instruction, junior golf, women's groups, topical clinics and beginner's programming. Club fitting and hard goods sales. Inventory management and counts. Assist with any other needs of the Golf Operation at TPC Harding Park
