My role as Trainer and Agile Coach offers me the opportunity to help coach teams in government contracts, helping them become both confident and efficient in their work. Specifically, I help teach a wide variety of process improvement training classes for our federal clients. The trainings my teams and I provide range from problem solving techniques by leveraging the Agile mindset to teaching customer-centric and problem focused techniques like Human Centered Design. I also assist my team in content improvement for trainings, making data-lead decisions to bring custom tailored value to our customers. I've also worked with development teams as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master. On top of facilitating meetings and Scrum ceremonies, I collected data sprint by sprint to lead process improvement discussions based on facts rather than opinions. Empathetic observations are key when growing my teams as to not push them farther than they are comfortable with, yet keep them motivated to become better every day. Through it all, this role required me to be fearless in the pursuit of positive change and inspire my teams and stakeholders to lead the charge in creating value.

My position at Blackstone Federal allows me to utilize my experience as a Scrum Master as well as my experience as a programmer. I support my teams as a servant-leader, bringing our created software's value to the consumers and product owners. This position has granted me the opportunity to meld technical experience with Agility.

As a software developer, it is my job to create and maintain the code and applications a company needs to remain performing at peak condition. I am a Full Stack developer which means I have knowledge and experience in both client-side technologies as well as back-end technologies. The .NET part of the title refers to my preferred programming languages and design patterns including, but not limited to, C#, ASP.NET MVC and ADO.NET. My role as a Scrum Master also applied to this position. By following the Agile practices found in Scrum, Lean and Kanban I help lead my team to incremental releases for our product owners. We engage in typical Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retros and even increment plannings.

As lead designer, I am in charge of creating and organizing the game designs of future educational titles for CelleC Games. My job involves overseeing the creation of nearly all game design documentation to be placed in the production pipeline and assigning tasks to other designers.

Being a designer at CelleC Games means I am expected to design high quality gameplay content and documentation. This work needs to be clear and concise so that the team understands the design. Working on a CelleC Game means the design must not only be engaging, but must contain high replayability and, most importantly, educational.

As a designer in Black Banshee Studios, I am in charge of working on creating gameplay, levels and lore for the various games going into production. Examples of what I have done are creating competitive game modes, designing levels for an FPS and designing puzzles for the horror genre.

My position in Bed Bath & Beyond involved working with customers in checking-out their products and providing customer service when they need help. I have worked in the customer service desk answering phone calls, working with event lists and communicating with other co-workers. This job prepared me for working with people I just met as well as learning to keep a positive attitude when working.
