Current- Worked closely with senior leadership to enhance the Agile mindset and provide guidance on Agile processes, practices, and transformation strategies.- Led the adoption of tools, artifacts, and ceremonies to promote a better investment in team productivity, communication, and autonomy.- Initiated and created an Agile Playbook and introduced standard working templates and resources to support Agile best practices.- Refined program retrospectives to support process improvement efforts for the program. This led to more valuable conversations and action items from each retrospective.- Designed and conducted targeted trainings on specific topics that facilitated common understanding and knowledge for leadership and other key individuals.- Supported PI Planning efforts by teaming with leadership in planning and executing the events.- Conducted yearly Agile Maturity Assessments and with those findings, assisted with the identification and creation of an IDM Agile Process roadmap.- Supported and led the transition into cross functional teams by facilitating workshops with leadership and ongoing support throughout the transition.- Instituted better delineation of roles and responsibilities for Scrum Masters and Product Owners through player coaching and resource creation.- Improved the alignment of team and leadership activities to product strategy/business value by facilitating workshops and working sessions with key individuals.- Guided a team from Scrum to Kanban. This allowed them to organize their work in a way that was more predictable, move items to "done" quicker and allowed leadership time to properly accept items.- Lead content developer for a highly visible learning track within the Office of Information Technology- Identified operational gaps in the Training program and initiated process changes that decreased new instructor orientation time and training onboarding overhead.
