Developed and implemented new security training protocols, procedures and materials, which included presentations and other audio-visual aids of instruction, as well as essential textual materials and e-learning modules.Conducted training curriculum design, planned and delivered training courses for new and existing staff members, and provided post training evaluation. Supervised the work of up to 15 junior instructors, including their preparation and training, as well as their briefing and oversight of their routine duties as training course staff. Assisted in successful development of two projects that aimed to promote children’s rights. The first set its goal on improving school infrastructure and encouraged the formation of student councils. The second promoted awareness of children’s rights through a public relations campaign, in collaboration with public figures and parliamentary representatives. Performed relevant qualitative research for the organization, which included conduction of surveys and interviews in relation to projects mentioned above. Drafted and edited official documents on behalf of the organization.Established and maintained contact with parliamentary officials regarding the implementation of projects.
