Provided recruiting support for a team of 10 recruiters in the MSIT group. Led the team in updating applicant tracking system, drafting internal and external offers as well as additional HR support. Coordinated and acted as point of contact for on-site recruiting/hiring events.

Aligned with Microsoft Staffing Consultants to assist with increasing candidate placement/pipeline utilizing applicant tracking system and various job boards for technical positions including SDE, SDET, and PM roles. Conduct initial screening of candidates via phone to assess candidate's technical skills in C++, C# and/or SQL, etc. Play a key role in ensuring OFCCP compliance by running daily audits on closed requisitions. Other job functions include weekly metric reports of job requisitions, interview to hire ratios and monthly hire/declines.

Worked closely with a team of recruiters and hiring managers to help fill niche job requisitions in the International Store Design department of Starbucks Coffee Co. Daily tasks included building a relationship with candidates, submitting background checks, tracking candidate status in internal staffing system using Taleo, source resumes, schedule interviews and phone screens, and manage multiple calendars at one given time.

Acted as primary contact for Microsoft industry and college candidates in the interview scheduling process. Created & managed interview loops containing 5-7 interviewers in both local and international locations, which included using video conferencing at times. Updated / tracked candidates daily in internal database on programs including RecWeb, XpTen, and CERT. Assisted candidates with questions / concerns regarding interview process, reimbursement, online applications, and travel arrangements. Worked with as many as 50-60 candidates per month during peak seasons.
