- I was responsible for managing and executing the £1.2M annual app marketing budget and was tasked with devising and executing the omni-channel mobile marketing strategy for the H&B Mobile App through paid, owned and earned channels with a data driven, test and learn approach. - I was focused on improving the performance of our mobile marketing by targeting and achieving CPA reduction, whilst increasing customer acquisition and revenue incrementally to drive LTV.- I built a team of 2, collaborating closely with the wider marketing teams to increase app revenue participation from 1.9% to 16.5%. Accelerating marketable database growth by 700% and monthly active users by 786% through driving adoption of key in-app features such as Subscribe & Save and Rewards For Life loyalty programme. - I built a £9M incremental partnerships channel by ideating, pitching and negotiating strategic partnerships with the likes of MSE, British Gas and Vodafone. - Supported on a number of projects that strengthened my holistic understanding of digital and ATL marketing including the implementation of an RFM model resulting in a 16% uplift in revenue and re-engaged 300K churned customers. Successfully launched a new Click & Collect proposition that doubled customer adoption. Orchestrated the local marketing strategy driving an additional 21m impressions and developed message and journey enhancements across paid media delivering on all objectives.
