Directly assist various departments in the office, such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll. I report to both the Senior Accountants and VP/Controller of the company, and perform specified projects relating to the General Ledger, Reconciliation and Cash Deposits.

My job consists of depositing cheque and cash deposits, reallocating these deposits in our General Ledger, creating excel spreadsheets using advanced techniques such as macros and INDEX/MATCH searches, as well as performing additional tasks as requested by Senior Accountants. Also responsible for Cheque rent payments by hundreds of residents over 16.

I would portion and serve food based on multiple dietary types at multiple cafeteria areas in the building. I would also wash dishes and clean the room where the food was prepared, and well as set up the cafeteria rooms for the next meal. This is a very time sensitive job and these responsibilities must be done without hesitation in order to efficiently.

This job consists of my checking in and out of books, and continued checking of the books position by shelf reading. Also spent time creating and running programs for youth's around the community, especially during the summer period.
