• Ensure the effective and efficient administration of the Canada Post Corporation Act and Regulations (and Criminal Code of Canada) by interpreting and applying appropriate legislation as needed.• Assist the corporation in protecting mail, assets, information and Brand within the Canadian marketplace.• Investigate complaints related to theft (internal or external), fraud (retail, time & leave, e-commerce, etc.), violence in the workplace, amongst other topics – numerous investigative techniques employed, which may ultimately lead to arrest, interviewing of suspects/witnesses, assisting with search warrants, preparing Crown Briefs and testifying in court.• Conduct a variety of compliance audits and inspections (safety practices, key control, threat & risk) at both Corporate and Retails sites, resulting in correction of non-compliant situations• Deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders

• Ensure the effective and efficient administration, implementation and evolution of the National Pensions Law and Regulations by interpreting and applying appropriate legislation.• Conduct site inspections and meet with managers of both private businesses and financial institutions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws.• Audit financial records and statements to detect fraudulent activity or other deceptive trends.• Investigate complaints, carry out interviews, gather evidence and prosecute according to law if required, which included detailed case management and preparation. • Liaise with Legal Counsel, prepare cases for prosecution and provide evidence in court as needed.• Effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders such as; business owners and their employees, financial institutions, other regulatory/enforcement agencies and the general public.• Create policy and procedure for many facets of the organization.
