ON SITE TECHNICAL ADVISOR II for UCHealth HARMONY CANCER CENTER• Provides both on and offsite technical support and advisement to all senior administration, Oncology physicians, nurses, and all other clinical staff located at the Harmony Cancer Center, Wellness Place, and Redstone buildings. • Responsible for setup and smooth technical operation of all meetings and conferences such as tumor boards, GI, GU, Breast and lung retreats, as well as any other Multi-Disciplinary function, located in the Cancer Center, Wellness Place conference rooms, and Redstone Corporate executive conference rooms.• Facilitates any and all meetings from the Harmony Cancer Center with a video conference function between all three site locations utilizing Skype for Business, Jabber Video and ZOOM Web Based Video Conferencing, as well as connecting to the University Bridge via Cisco SX 80 codecs.• Responsible for any and all in-servicing and training of all functions of the conference rooms to clinicians and staff on an as needed basis.• Serves as IT personnel first response for any and all software or hardware needs pertaining to the Harmony Campus staff upon request. • Generates weekly, monthly, and quarterly Cisco UCCX detailed phone reporting for the Cancer Center to keep a running record of patient’s incoming calls.• Provides technical recommendations on continual improvements of all technology pertaining to the conference rooms and all other spaces when called upon.

APEX SYSTEM(Contract) (May 2015 - September 2015)TELEMEDICINE/TELEHEALTH CONSULTANT FOR CENTURA HEALTH • Provide remote support and actively monitor all Telehealth video carts on the Centura Network utilizing both Cisco Telepresence Management System and Interactive Solutions AMX Remote Monitoring Databases. Along with supporting all hardware components associated with the Telehealth video and audio.• Responsible for all in-servicing and training to clinicians and staff on both Cisco Jabber video and Blue Jeans software as needed.• Create and provide both on site and remote support for various Tumor Board and Grand Round Conferences at various Centura sites across Colorado.• Serve as Project Management for new installations of all Telehealth video carts being deployed to both new and existing facilities. • Create and keep up to date weekly and monthly Excel spreadsheets to keep track of various changes made in the field.• Give Centura IT direction on field repairs and provide the needed information to effectively complete the tasks delegated.

• One of 8 National Specialists in North America responsible for all tier 3 and tier 4 escalated video integration issues• Responsible for area coverage at any given time across the US and Caribbean• Technical field service and repairs on video integration, surgical tables, scrub sinks, surgical lights, EMS booms, and all other surgical service calls as needed• Accountable for intra-operative surgical support and in-servicing of all staff and surgeons• Building company business, generating revenue, and providing updated solutions to meet the customer’s needs• One of 10 individuals responsible for developing safety policies and procedures on various pieces of surgical equipment in the field • Cross-train and educate new hires on equipment, safety procedures, and best practices on troubleshooting of both hardware and software issues in the field

• Managed pre-case setup of all video communication over the facility’s Cisco Systems network, for both Endoscopic and Open Procedures utilizing Polycom, Tandberg, Switch Point Infinity, and Berchtold systems• Responsible for intra-operative troubleshooting of all Routers, Booms, Surgical Lights, and all other equipment in the operating rooms with Endo suite capability• Managed all routing and broadcasting of surgeries and offsite meetings to remote locations over an IP or ISDN firewalled network connection for the Department of Surgery, School of Medicine, School of Pharmacy and other facilities• Prepare, operate and maintain all integrated lights, Booms, and all other video utilized in both open and video assisted procedures• Facilitate and assist in the installation of video integrated rooms and make preparations and adjustments for the reopening of the rooms as needed• Generate repairs, and/or, replacement of various equipment needed for the operating rooms.
