This was my first project as part of the implementation team and a high profile one within both Adecco and Credit Suisse due to the value of the client’s business to the company.  Part of the steering committee for the Adecco restructure responsible for developing bespoke project plans and clear recruitment process flowcharts for presentation to existing clients about the restructure. Responsibilities Full project management and implementation of outsourced recruitment and HR solutions. Projects completed include Credit Suisse, Bank of America, Fujitsu and American Express. Attendance at bids and tenders to support the Sales teams and present to clients at a senior level on the implementation process and methodology.  Project governance and ownership of project documentation. Working closely with client stakeholders to obtain information regarding client internal policies and processes.  Presentation of due diligence findings and training of the Adecco account team to ensure seamless handover of the business Process re-engineering where required to enhance the service to the client.  Liaison with key stakeholders within Adecco internal departments to identify subject matter experts for each implementation  Transfers of temporary workers and Ltd Companies from incumbent suppliers.
