With a Bachelor of Business Administration from Tarleton State University, I have a solid foundation in business administration and management. I learned the fundamentals of accounting, finance, marketing, and operations, and I applied them in various projects and assignments. I also gained construction skills as an Eagle Scout and an Installer at Giffords TV Electronics, where I installed electronics, household appliances, and satellites.As a Delivery Driver at Customer First Logistics, I delivered packages for Amazon and trained new hires on safety and customer service standards. I demonstrated flexibility, reliability, and accuracy in handling various routes and schedules, and received positive feedback from customers and managers. I also have experience as a CSR at HESC, where I performed high-quality work in answering calls, resolving issues, and providing information. I am motivated to work up into a managerial or supervisor role, and I value teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.
