In this role, I spearhead the implementation of the Clinton School's more dimensional Enrollment & Student Services programs, focusing on holistic student support encompassing career support, community networking, student health/wellness, and personal development. I strategically work to develop four key areas - Student Records, Career Services, Community Engagement, and Personal Engagement/Development - ensuring that each program aligns with the school's mission and effectively met diverse student needs. And through innovative national recruitment and enrollment strategies, I helped achieve unprecedented results in student diversity and international engagement for the Masters of Public Service degree programs. In the 2024 calendar year, we saw student diversity increase to 45%, and reached the highest enrollment numbers in any calendar year of the school’s history. My efforts to foster a nurturing campus culture involved developing new Student Services initiatives that prioritized well-rounded growth, extending beyond traditional academic achievements to enrich the students' overall educational experience.

During this tenure at the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service, I served as the School's first full-time enrollment director, developing a national plan for candidate sourcing, candidate assessment, and candidate selection. I led the admissions committee in thoroughly evaluating applications, ultimately guiding decisions on applicant admissions, waitlisting, and rejections for each cycle. My role also involved creating & implementing a comprehensive onboarding orientation program that seamlessly integrated new students into our community by connecting them with peers, faculty, and alumni, while also helping them acclimate to local communities. Furthermore, I was instrumental in directing the successful launch and promotion of the Clinton School's Online Master’s degree program, significantly driving overall student enrollment.My strategic oversight in this role helped achieve a significant 35% increase in total enrollment and a 15% rise in diversity admissions. My efforts included executing national promotional presentations and conducting student interviews that significantly boosted interest and applications to the Clinton School. Additionally, I worked to establish the School's first Alumni Board, developing plans for broad alumni engagement, networking, and student mentoring by establishing the Clinton School Alumni Association. I was also actively involved in committees focused on Anti-Racism and Diversity-Equity-Inclusion, contributing to shaping policies that enhanced our institution's cultural climate.The non-partisan Clinton School was founded by the University of Arkansas and President William Jefferson Clinton in 2004, and offers the Masters of Public Service degree (both in-person & online tracks) and concurrent degrees in Law, Business, Public Health, and Social Work.

I was contracted by the Que Consulting Group to write curriculum for the Arkansas Department of Higher Education’s “College Access Challenge” program. I helped conceptually create, design, and write a 9-month college-planning curriculum program for high school students and parents who were identified to live in underserved communities of Arkansas which lack accessible college-planning resources.

Here, I served on the senior leadership team to make collaborative decisions on final admissions decisions and scholarship awards, ensuring the decisions aligned with our broader strategic goals. I also led in overseeing program recruitment, vendor relationships and contracts, staff onboarding/staff training, and management of the admissions counseling staff, prioritizing a culture of exceptional customer service delivery. Additionally, I directed the vendor creation and distribution of marketing materials, coordinated focus groups across regional/national cities, and supervised marketing content production to optimize our outreach efforts.I successfully implemented comprehensive direct mail campaigns, effectively targeting key student demographics. By spearheading collaborative initiatives within the Division of Admission and Financial Aid, I improved operational efficiency and enhanced program success. My focus on cost-effective strategies allowed me to align financial plans with broader institutional goals while managing a $1.5M operational budget. I also expanded the institution’s reach by leading admissions presentations and workshops in 12 key recruitment areas, ensuring a strong presence and personalized engagement with prospective students.
