I grew up asking how things work, taking things apart just to see if I could put them back together and often failing, but despite that failure I learned I have passion for creating and designing. As a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate I am working towards a challenging and fulfilling career. I discovered the rigorous work that comes along with turning this passion into a future has become a great source of joy for myself. The extensive projects ranging from a ski deflection and stiffness testing rig to an In Water Fluorometer for plastic detection have done a great deal to improve my understanding of these detailed and demanding processes that comes with product design and development. Truly understanding how something works, what makes it unique and worth building is a skill I strive to have and master.
