Developed & implemented a LSTM time series forecast model for stream flow in Databricks. ClimateTRACE coalition member.Built FastAPI to allow Airtable data to be synced with Postgres in real time to be accessed by modeling teams. Allows for seamless communication between code and no-code teams. Implemented CI & CD. Hosted on cloud infrastructure. Build and maintain various APIs for internal and external data access. These APIs also serve as inputs into ClimateTRACE models.Developed code base, database structure, and dash web app for Coal Asset Transition Tool, a publicly available interface and data set quantifying operating cost, financial cost, and social cost (water stress, air pollution, etc.) variables for coal plants.Data mining – continuously scrape, clean, and compile multiple publicly available data sources from various end points (APIs, websites, etc.) for continuous ingestion into code base.Led development for the Coal to Clean Price Index (CCPI), a monthly index which tracks the carbon price required to incentivize fuel switching from existing coal fired power plants to variable renewable and storage in 25 countries.
