As a Product Manager serving the Loan Servicing domain, I partnered with Accounting and Loan Servicing teams to revolutionize the technology that supports loans throughout their lifecycle: from funding to maturity. In doing so, I led cross-functional teams to enhance, design, and implement systems that facilitate money movement, loan servicing activities and processes, accounting functions and entry postings, in addition to a series of integrations spanning into Originations, Institutional Sales, and Accounting.

At Cognizant, digitization is at the forefront, and guiding organizations to achieve their full potential by optimizing their technologies is the mission.As a Senior Associate, I served as a consultant in Cognizant's TriZetto practice, and specialized in their automated adjudication platform (Facets). In doing so, I partnered with major healthcare payer organizations to either implement or enhance their instance of Facets to systemically support the individual requirements imposed by their numerous employer groups to ensure seamless automated claims adjudication across all included plans. I worked closely with client teams to design systems and implement buildouts that served to dramatically reduce user involvement on repetitive, mundane transactions so that teams could focus on areas that most required their expertise.
