1. Preparing quotations:a) Analyzing the possible risk involved by customer’s medical records, Claims experience, medical records, age and occupation of individuals, family or organizations.b) Studying the Current and required benefits.c) Analyzing the Pre-existing/chronic case and ongoing cases.d) Computing the current burning cost including the IBNR/outstanding claims along with the current market inflation using actuarial information and other statistics.e) Submitting the details to the Management for approval, preparation of quotes, negotiating the terms with the policy holders or their brokers.f) On confirmation, submit the benefits to the TPAs (NAS/ Nextcare/ Mednet) and coordinate with them for timely issuance of the cards.g) Preparation of Renewal terms.2. Preparing Reinsurance statistics, monthly reconciliation and preparing quarterly statements3. Preparing quarterly loss ratio reports for the groups and analysis to reduce the inflations.4. Checking TPA transactions and monthly statements.LIFE / PERSONAL ACCIDENT• Preparing quotation by assessing the age, medical history and nature of job.• Co-ordinate with Head Office for the approval of the quote and submit the same to client for their perusal.• Liaise with Head Office to issue the policy and keep the track for further additions and deletions under the policy.
