Human Resources Consultant providing HR support for small businesses. Previously an HR Manager with experience that ranges from being a department of one in a small, family-owned business, to working as an HRBP for large companies. Experience with establishing a formal HR Department, including developing a company handbook and accompanying policies, implementing formal processes for talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management, developing a rewards and recognition program, formalizing job descriptions and departments, and a compensation review and analysis, amongst many other things. I am passionate about leadership development and enjoy collaborating with and coaching management-level staff. I thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and have strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Outside of my experiences as in-house HR, I have also worked as a resume writer with clients that encompass a wide variety of roles and industries.
