Currently I work at Vibato, LLC implementing SOX compliance and internal controls for public companies.

The job includes many office duties like answering professional phones, ordering office supplies, running errands, handling mail, booking reservations for lunch or vacations for the owner. On top of that, I also am marketing assistant for the insurance broker. I consistently use excel to spread benefits and rates for our clients and contact insurance reps to get proposed rates and plans for our clients.

The RCP Tiburon Mile is a one mile open water swim from Angel Island to the town of Tiburon. Thousands of swimmers and spectators join us for this charity event each September. This year our two main charities were Hospice by the Bay and Pulmonary Hypertension Association. The swim has been held for 15 years and this year I had the opportunity to work with Olympians and world champions from around the world. A few Elite Athletes I had the pleasure to work with was: Olympians, Keri-Anne Payne and husband David Carry from Great Britain, USA PanPacific Champion Christine Jennings, USA pan American champion Ashley twichell, national champion Chip Peterson, Russian world champion Evgeny Bezruchenko, Australian Olympian Kane Radford, and USA 2016 Olympian Jordan Wilmovski. Over the year, I gathered all information from elites and created organized spreadsheets. I followed through to get all waivers and paperwork signed by each athlete, and coordinated housing and flights for each athlete. During their two week stay here, I was on call at any hour to assist them in any way they needed. I made sure they felt comfortable and secure while in the Bay Area for the swim. During the race, I assisted all elite athletes (about 60) to angel island and helped with any last minute questions or concerns. After the race I was team leader for the VIP deck where many spectators where received food and drinks while watching the finish line. I also organized many other aspects of the race like gathering sponsors, publicity, social networking, mass emails, food vendors, the pre-race party, and more!
