- Assist customers with questions about the brewing process and ingredients- Make recommendations about equipment usage and efficiency upgrades- Evaluate inventory and ensure availability of products on shelves through weekly ordering- Manage team of 6 employees, including scheduling, cashier operation, and customer service skills- Manage e-mail correspondence and social media presence, increasing our Facebook followers by 30%

- Greet and assist patients, making them feel at ease- Answer multi-line phone system and manage e-mail correspondence- Schedule patients using PAM- Various office organization duties
