It is my responsibility to manage employees in this department. I am responsible for ensuring the install schedule runs smoothly, speaking with customers, solving any issues that may arise, and answering questions for all employees in this department. I am also responsible for creating innovative, and new processes to help improve, and maintain the efficiency in this department. In addition to these tasks, I track KPI’s, handle employee reviews, and host meetings.

As the inside sales manager at StruXure PNW, my job revolves around the performance of the inside sales team. I am responsible for scripting, KPI‘s, lead assignment, in-home sales scheduling, and inside sales training. I have developed experience with Marketing, website design, CRM management, in-home sales presentation creation, and adjusting ad spend per platform. I track sales, the lead source from the sales, and all metrics for in-home salesmen. I have created my own processes on several different CRM’s that all come together to create the highest performing inside sales center for StruXure.
