Hello!I'm Alexa Christiansen, a recent graphic design graduate at the University of Iowa. I have more than 3 years of experience in design, and I'm excited to use my skills to contribute to your company's success. I am located in the Des Moines area and am open to work! Skills:Over the years, I have learned a variety of skills and software knowledge necessary for a graphic designer. These include Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite, Blender, Canva, and Figma. I'm also skilled in clear communication and punctuality. I always strive to ensure seamless collaboration with colleagues and clients, and meeting deadlines has always been a top priority for me.Experience: During my career and education, I've had the privilege of working on several major projects. One of the highlights was collaborating closely with the Director of Art and Art History at the University of Iowa. Together, we developed the first-ever Spotlight Catalog, and I had the opportunity to participate in the exhibition as well. Additionally, we worked to establish the Design, Build, Ride brand and ensured consistency across all materials.I also partnered with a Design Professor at the University of Iowa, Jeremy Swanston, to construct the Mind Matter project. This experience allowed me to utilize digital and print tools to learn more about design fundamentals.
