* Manage, develop and deliver recruitment strategies to support exempt, nonexempt and contract staffing initiatives. * Sourced and filled a variety of IT positions including, but not limited to: Network Engineers, System Engineers, Developers, Architects, Project Managers, Business/System Analysts, Desktop and Help Desk Support * Understand/articulate client’s requirements, culture and other compatibility issues critical to successful hires. * Source candidates via internet search engines, Linkedin, specialized sites, resume banks, user groups, networking, employee/candidate referrals and cold calling. * Develop, foster, and maintain successful ongoing relationships with Candidates and Clients

* Full cycle recruiting for a 75 person call center.* Initiate onboarding process for all new employees.* Conduct new hire orientations.* Business partner to management in developing, implementing and coordinating HR policies and programs that focus on employee development, training and retention.* Provide advice and training to management and employees on employee relations topics, including progressive and corrective discipline.* Administer payroll on a weekly basis.* Benefits and FMLA Administration for all eligible employees.* Responsible for financial, payroll, attendance and PTO reporting.

* Lead and participate in sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, selecting candidates, and negotiating salary for positions in the Denver Corporate office.* Manage the interview process by coordinating interviews with the hiring managers and eliciting candidate feedback from the managers.* Coordinate recruiting efforts for start-up projects.* Respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding recruiting related matters or general HR items. * Provide daily recruiting support including resume receipt, background checks, requesting network access, and maintaining recruiting files.* Conduct new hire orientations.* Post positions on internal and external recruiting sources.* Maintain vendor relations with temporary agencies and arrange temporary needs for Denver office.* Train site offices on the recruiting process.* Update Recruitment Guidelines quarterly.
