Account @ Google with over 200 buildings in an ever growing account. As part of a memeber of the Facility Operations Response Team (FORT), we are responsible for responding to any facility related issue to any of the Google campus buildings that is contracted with Cushman and Wakefield. We focus mainly on HVAC issues and use building automation systems to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment. We support Google labs by monitoring their temperatures and notify when issues arrise.

Account @ Cisco Systems. Started working at the facility response center (FRC) by answering phone calls, emails, and online click-to-chats with Cisco employees to respond to facility related issues. Created work orders and ensured proper teams were informed when major issues arose for any worldwide Cisco building. After a year and a half I left the FRC to join the BCA (buisness controls and automation) to support the main San Jose/Milpitas Cisco campus by using building automation systems to monitor the campus. Through the system I was able to monitor HVAC, electrical, and fire monitoring systems and would respond to critical issues and emergencies. This included many of the labs and data centers in the campus.
