I work with an amazing team of learning and development consultants to ensure our R&D organization is using effective strategies to develop its talent. I primarily partner with LinkedIn's fabulous employees and leaders in the Product Organization.

I worked on the Diversity & Belonging Team focusing on diversity learning, external partnerships, and internal talent polices and practices. One of my major accomplishments was scaling Unconscious Bias and Belonging workshops to Airbnb's global offices (NAMER, LATAM, EMEA + APAC). I developed deep relationships with leaders in Employee Experience (HR) and across the company to embed diversity and belonging learning for different teams (recruiting, finance, and engineering). Finally, I worked with internal leaders and external diversity partner organizations to curate experiences that deepened relationships with top talent.

As the Assistant Director, I was an instructor of record on one of the most popular courses on Cornell's Campus -- Intergroup Dialogue, a peer-facilitated social justice education program. I coached these undergraduate peer facilitators and was a co-facilitator for their train-the-trainer practicum. Additionally, I supervised and mentored a team of over 15 undergraduate and graduate facilitators, ensuring their growth and development in our campus workshop program. Working with these facilitators, I orchestrated over 40 workshops annually on diversity, intercultural communication, and conflict management. I also cultivated relationships with partners across campus to address the inclusion, diversity, and social justice educational needs of students, faculty, and staff stakeholders. Using design thinking, I improved workshop processes for facilitators, program staff, and clients.

• Encouraged success of 25 high school students of color receiving scholarship for six-week, intensive seminar in critical black studies led by college professors• Intervened and provided assistance in emergencies and urgent situations to ensure uninterrupted continuation of program.

• Fostered inclusion instructing 50 students in German language program using intercultural pedagogies.

• Selected competitively as one of 140 recipients nationwide for 10-month international exchange grant. • Taught English to German students primarily from working-class and immigrant backgrounds.

• Coordinated on-site arrival/departure logistics for students in cooperation with University of Michigan instructors for two summer study-abroad programs.• Planned excursions for student participants in Grenoble and to Lyon to enhance students' intercultural experience with experiential learning activities.

• Cooperated with 13 other Honors RAs and supervisors from the Honors Program to execute small-scale and large-scale educational and social programs for over 500 residents in our living-learning community. • Empowered and educated first-year students from diverse racial, socioeconomic, and gender backgrounds in frameworks of social identity theory and social justice.

• Contributed to core logistical arrangements for large-scale music and entertainment performances of >2000 ticketed customers, including from ensembles such as The Vienna Philharmonic, The Spanish Riding School of Vienna, and Die Vereinigung Wiener Staatsopernballett.

• Managed short-term and long-term classwork-related projects for three course coordinators in University of Michigan French sections.• Translated and transcribed materials between English and French to be used in all University of Michigan elementary French courses.
