Colleagues describe him as "Alex was part of my team in a core banking transformation project at a German retail bank. He was responsible for requirement engineering and development of the Client Onboarding & Modification module. Due to his ability to quickly learn and understand complex processes, paired with his strong communication skills, he stepped into the function as a module lead and solved very critical challenges. He always found the right balance when it came to requesting relevant information and finding solutions independently. Alex also contributed to a strong team spirit.
