Follow up with customers (buyers and non-buyers). Build goodwill basis with customers through conversation and hospitality for future buying and servicing in the future. Generate ideas for improving customer relations activities through brainstorming with management and co-workers. Keep sales managers and sales associates aware of all appointments. Maintain Aftermarket display in a clean and orderly manner. Keep all aftermarket display vehicles priced correctly.Assist in resolving customer concerns to the mutual satisfaction of the customer and the dealership. Solicit customer opinions through phone calls to give the customer an opportunity to express their feelings about the experience with the dealership and then share those responses and recommendations for improvement with the appropriate department managers. Assist in the training of sales representatives on aftermarket sales. Create follow-up programs to increase the sales of aftermarket.Consultant with department managers on possible improvement procedures that will assist in an improved relationship with the customer and/or employee relations. Work closely with customer contact personnel to ensure customer are directed to the appropriate department and/or personnel.
