Senior Modeling Analyst
Current• Provides technical and functional supervision to contract employees; negotiates contracts; administers and coordinates projects and contracts.• Reviews, monitors and implements transportation projects; reviews plans, reports and agreements; coordinates transportation projects between the City and outside agencies.• Negotiates, coordinates and prepares funding agreements and grant application submittals for Capital Improvement Programs.• Monitors project budgets and expenditures.• Reviews public and private improvement plans such as street and capital improvement plans for compliance with City ordinances.• Represents the City in committee meetings, project development team meetings, and workshops.• Prepares staff reports, status reports and technical advisory reports.• Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries from developers, builders, contractors, and other individuals as needed.
