I worked as a part time waiter at Bistro Pierre in Altrincham, this position has allowed me to understand people in a more in depth way, as well as improving my cognitive skills such as short term memory and increasing my task efficiency.At this position I am working with many other team members on any given shift, therefore i must be able to communicate effectively in order to meet demand and allow for tasks to run smoothly. It has also allowed me to improve my time management skills and how to prioritise tasks to either time or importance.
